Frequently Asked Questions

We authorize your credit card for room and tax, plus $50.00 to $150.00 of incidentals for reservations 1 to 4 days, and $250.00 + of incidentals for reservations 5 days or more.

• We DO NOT accept credit cards that do not have a printed name.
• Guest must provide a Government issued ID
• All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by their parents
• The name on the reservation must match the card on file, along with the corresponding ID at the time of check-in.
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned.

Our formal check-in time is 3:00 pm EST and our formal check-out time is 11:00 am EST. Late check-outs and early check-ins are given upon availability and may incur additional charges. Contact the front desk for availability.

The Leon Hotel is committed to having a 100% NON SMOKING environment. If found smoking in the room, a $500.00 smoking penalty charge may be assessed and you may be asked to leave the hotel.

We do not offer breakfast. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

Refrigerators are only included in the family suite. For all other room types, guests may request for a mini-refrigerator for their room for $50 per day depending on availability. Please contact the front desk for availability. We do not offer a minibar.

We do not offer rollaway beds in the rooms. We do however offer air mattresses for $50 per night.

We do not offer cribs but playpens are available for babies upon request. The playpens feature a soft bedding inside that babies can sleep on.

We do not offer onsite parking but below are three local options.
